Karbavasam dukhamaanalum kedu,
Gowri manoharanai dinamum naadu

Aasaiyudan alayatha idangal undo,
Anvarathamum sukhalesam ithil theriyamal ponathandro,
Gopalakrishnan dasan thozhum nataraja muthrthiyai,
Poosaigal cheyyamar ponathu , pasamara vazhiyillai,
Pancha kosangalai naan endru nambinathu
English translation

When will this sorrow end, Only ,
If we have the grace of the god of all , then we have pleasure
Anupallavi
Though life in thwe womb is sorrow, it is also bad,
Daily approach the pretty one of Goddess Gowri.
Charanam
Is there a place I have gone without desire,
Is it not true that you did not get any pleasure out of it,
To those who do not worship Lord Nataraja whom,
Gopalakrishnan worships ,there is no way to get rid of attachments,
And they would be thinking that this body is them.
