Dantha seethaa  kantha karunaa ,

Swantha   premadhulake  thelusunu kaani

Oh restrained one , oh darling of Sita   who has merciful mind,

Only those who love you  know and no one else.

Vara Rama   namamane  ganda chakkera,

Misramu   chesi  bhujinche ,

Sankaranuki   thelisunu , Thyagaraja  nutha.

Is the blessed name of Rama which is the sugar candy ,
