Ninaindurugi  , thayangu kiranadi mane.

Oh lady  , Thinking about   you,
Melting away thinking about you  , he is hesitating , Oh deer like lady.

Anupallavi
Vayyam  pugazhndongum  merur thannil mevum,
Ayyan Muthukumaran  Uyar mayilil   nindridum.

Anupallavi
That Lord Muthukumara    who is  world famous in,
Merur , Standing on   a tall peacock,

Nadi urugum Velai  modi cheyyalamodi,
Podi Kalyani   ragam padi ullasamaga,
Vedikkayaga vilayadi  gangeyarudan,
Koodi  kalandhu anayavadi ithu samayam.

Should we make fun of the Vel  for which we melt,
Go   singing happily  , the Raga Kalyani,
Is is the proper  to play with fun.
And  embrace    and merge  with the Gangeya(Subrahmanya)
